Graphite packing is braided from high-purity graphite filaments and graphite foils, and offers excellent chemical resistance, are thermally conductive, and can be used in extreme temperature and pressure conditions. Reinforced with high purity graphite fiber yarn, graphite packing is designed for leakage control, a long service life.
PROPERTIES
Low abrasion and high chemical resistance for long service life
Offset square design
Contains passive corrosion inhibitor
Low coefficient of friction
Withstands elevated temperatures and aggressive chemicals
Types of Graphite Packing:
Flexible Graphite Packing: Braided from expanded graphite yarn, it offers excellent flexibility and compressibility.
Reinforced Graphite Packing: Flexible graphite yarn is reinforced with materials such as metal wire or carbon fiber to increase strength and pressure resistance.
Coated Graphite Packing: Graphite packing is coated with materials such as PTFE and graphite dispersion to enhance its performance and compressibility.
