Ceramic Rope Feature

Great Flexibility: Ceramic fiber square braids are much smaller than ceramic fiber boards, allowing them to fill corners and gaps. They can be easily bent into any shape to fit any space. Therefore, they are often used to seal doors in high-temperature equipment.

Chemical Resistance: Ceramic rope is resistant to most chemical solutions except for HF, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis. Thanks to its stable chemical structure, it can withstand the harsh environments found in high-temperature equipment.

Low Thermal Conductivity: Ceramic fiber has low thermal conductivity, so square braided ceramic fiber rope can act as an insulator, reducing heat transfer and maintaining a high temperature environment while protecting workers from steam burns.

Thermal Shock Resistance: Ceramic rope seals have excellent thermal shock resistance, resisting hot air and mechanical impact. This makes ceramic rope packings highly wear-resistant and will not deform during use.

 

Product Applications:

Ceramic fiber braided rope is used for industrial furnace doors, high-temperature pipes, furnace roof seals, expansion joint fillers, and metal casting seals. Its applications differ from those of ordinary braided rope.
