This special type of Pure PTFE Packing with Oil is braided from pure PTFE yarns impregnated additionally with silicone oil. It is designed for dynamic conditions. The oil can reduce the frictional factor of this PTFE packing for valves and pumps.
The structure of this PTFE packing is Braided by PTFE Teflon® fiber yarns and treated with a special inert lubricant. Under a minimum pressure of the stuffing box, it keeps unchanged for a very long time. The low friction coefficient prevents the surface of the shaft from generating heat even high peripheral speeds are available.
